Devil not found in near-death experiences?
Someone profiled 50 near-death experiences and no one experienced a classic "devil". Now I know from personal experience that evil spirits exist and are powerful, it’s just great to know that they seem to stay here!
Has anyone had a NDE and experienced a devil?

Devil – The only universal common aspect among all categories in my research is that no one (0%) reported seeing a "Devil" or "Devil-like" being. I believe this statistic suggests the concept of the Devil is merely a religious myth. If a Devil really did exist, it would be logical that NDErs would report seeing the Devil – especially in the hell realms. But, no NDEr in my research has reported seeing a Devil. Some Christians claim the "Being of Light" to be the Devil. However, because the "Being of Light" exudes overwhelming love, light and concern, it is very unlikely that a Devil could do this.

Hell is "want to but can’t."
Would I die for you?
I hope so.

Pretty lop-sided to begin with. How many reported meeting Buddha or someone else? Her report is obviously western-biased.
As for her degree, "honorary PhD". Doesn’t say too much.

You have to remeber that religion is composed of beliefs. People of the same faith may have different opinions of their religion than others. To some, this "Being of Light" might be an angel or a hevanly messanger. But to others, the source of the light might be hellish flames behind the Devil. Another thing this Being of Light could be is your soul as you watch it leave your body. There are many things it could be, it all depends on how you believe your religion.

I assure you, Satan was there when I almost died. Because I was on my way to hell. He was there to collect me. Jesus showed me why I was being denied Heaven. I can’t say mine was an official "NDE" because I did not flat line.
When this happened, I was Atheist all my life – 41 years. I had no foundation/knowledge of religion of any kind.

50 is not a definitive number for a survey. There needed to be a larger number of ppl profiled. Also, perhaps the NDE’s weren’t of sufficient time duration for the subject to have encountered the devil. If the person were revived soon after…
And "reporter bias" could be an issue here. Who knows what information was omitted, just on the basis of the profiler’s own belief system? Or could someone who experienced a NDE have been too terrified to mention the devil, perhaps in denial and wanting to convince himself that it didn’t really happen?
Lastly, I agree with a previous answer that the devil is able to transform himself & take on many forms. I doubt that he wears a red suit and carries a pitchfork. So it is possible he wasn’t recognized or identified as such.

Wow still seeking fantasy over reality and truth?!!
NDE is simply the result of lack of oxygen and the way the brain reacts to it!!
Scientists around the world have proved it time and again in test where oxygen was restricted for a very sort time!!
But if you lack the self confidence to live in the real world then you will obviously have to cling to your fantasy and ignore the truth!!!
